We Know Anchors

Wet Set Anchor

In wet set anchoring, the anchor bolts are sunk into the wet concrete by hand immediately after the concrete slab is poured. The bolt is left sticking out of the slab as needed and can be straightened or plumbed as the concrete hardens.

Steel Embed Anchor

Embed plates are a high capacity anchor that can also provide a small amount flexibility when installing hold downs. An embed plate is cast in the concrete during the pour phase and then a coupling nut or threaded rod is welded to the plate later.

Cast in Place Anchor

Cast-in-place anchor bolts are the simplest and strongest type of fastener. In the past, casting anchors has been difficult, but CLP Systems has made this process easy by providing anchor layouts for podiums, slabs, and foundations.
